Pool Supply & Project FAQ

Does buying pool equipment from Nexus include installation?

No, unless installation is expressly included in the written product or project scope. See Product Purchase vs. Nexus-Managed Installation.

Can Nexus help me make sure a replacement part fits?

Yes. Provide the manufacturer, exact equipment model, serial number or part number when available, plus clear photos of the equipment label and existing part. See Product Compatibility & Parts Identification.

Where do I find tracking information?

Tracking is provided when available after fulfillment begins. Large equipment may use freight carriers and appointment delivery. See Order Status & Tracking.

What should I do if equipment arrives damaged?

Photograph the shipment and packaging, retain the packaging, note visible freight damage with the carrier when possible and contact Nexus promptly. See Damaged Shipments & Delivery Issues.

Can I return electrical equipment or chemicals?

Return eligibility depends on the product, condition and applicable manufacturer restrictions. Installed/opened electrical products, opened chemicals, special-order and freight items may have additional restrictions. Review Returns & Refunds before sending anything back.

Who provides the warranty?

Most equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Nexus can help identify the appropriate support process. See Warranty & Product Support.

Does Nexus install fiberglass pools?

Nexus offers a managed fiberglass pool project service that helps homeowners organize and coordinate defined aspects of the project. The exact scope is established through the project engagement. See Managed Fiberglass Pool Projects.

Where can I learn about pool equipment and maintenance?

The Nexus Pool Learning Center covers fiberglass pool planning, equipment, water chemistry, lighting, heating and seasonal ownership.
