Warranty & Product Support

Pool equipment warranties are generally provided by the product manufacturer. Coverage, duration, registration requirements and eligibility can vary by brand, product and installation method.

Keep your documentation

Retain your Nexus order confirmation or invoice, product model and serial number, installation documentation and photographs where appropriate. These records can be important when requesting manufacturer support.

Installation can affect coverage

Some manufacturers require installation by qualified or licensed professionals, specific electrical or plumbing methods, product registration or other conditions for full warranty coverage. Always follow the current manufacturer instructions for the exact product.

How Nexus can help

Nexus can help identify the product, locate manufacturer information and direct customers toward the appropriate support process. Nexus does not replace or expand a manufacturer's written warranty unless Nexus expressly provides a separate written warranty.

Fiberglass pool shells

Manufacturer warranties for fiberglass pool shells are separate from warranties on pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, automation and other equipment. Project-specific warranty information should be reviewed as part of the Nexus project process.
