Shipping & Delivery
Nexus Pools ships pool equipment, replacement parts and accessories using parcel and, where appropriate, freight services. Shipping method, cost and delivery timing depend on the product, destination, availability and fulfillment source.
Parcel shipments
Smaller products may ship by standard parcel carrier. Tracking information is provided when available after fulfillment. Learn more at Order Status & Tracking.
Large and freight shipments
Heaters, large filters and other oversized products may require freight delivery. Freight deliveries can involve appointment scheduling, curbside delivery and additional access requirements. Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering.
Inspect deliveries promptly
Before accepting a visibly damaged freight shipment, inspect the packaging and note visible damage with the carrier when possible. Photograph damaged packaging and product condition promptly. Do not discard packaging while a damage claim is being evaluated. See Damaged Shipments & Delivery Issues.
Delivery estimates
Transit and availability estimates are not guarantees. Manufacturer inventory, carrier delays, weather and freight scheduling can affect delivery.
Project equipment
Equipment purchased as part of a Nexus-managed fiberglass pool project may be coordinated differently from ordinary Pool Supply Center orders.
